I have a shake on a daily basis. Usually postworkout, but not always. Today, I couldn't have one right after WO because I was at school and had to rush to class...so I hate tuna and other crap. But anyways, I came home and made a shake after classes. Here it is/was:
4oz FF milk
4oz egg beater thingies
2 scoops protein
2 spoonfuls of natural PB
I've never thrown in the egg beaters, but figured it has less sugar than the milk I would have put in it's place and good protein. Was pretty yummy too. What do ya'll think. I guess you could say I'm "bulking" but not like all of you other big time BBers. I'm just trying to gain 10lbs or so of lbm. Maybe 15lbs. I don't wanna get fat! Just don't wanna look like a friggin' puss!
