Ok, we all know how important water is...but, me being new to training, I'm not sure really why and how much....
When I'm at the gym, I get really dry-mouth. It REALLY sucks. So, after each exercise, I get get some water from the fountain. The problem is, my body really doesn't feel thirsty, just my mouth. So, I end up feeling really full/bloated and gross and sluggish too. What's up with this? I mean, I feel like I need water cuz my mouth get so damn dry, but inside I'm like "noooo more water!" lol. What do y'all think?
