please help...yesterday I was working out as I do 3 times a week for not over 50 min..BUT I was soooo involved that I worked out big time for 1 hr. and 50 min.....what damage did I do ? am I going to lose everything that I put in....also HOW MUCH will I lose ? if I'm going to lose any muscle at all....I'm new to this site as far as the forums go...come on guys ...I need an answer fast....smile its louie...I'm 61 and make great gains and worked out when I was younger....don't look my age...and feel my age...in any way...PLEASE HELP....and forget the age thing...because I made huge gains...
