I know that trick.

They just switch every card over for it's opposite, yet same coloured, suit.

So if the queen of hearts was there, they'd change it to the queen of diamonds.

If the 8 of clubs was there, they'd change it to the 8 of spades.

That DMSO must have leaked your brains out.

You see five cards, for example's sake, lets say:

Queen of hearts
King of Spades
Ace of clubs
4 of Diamonds
8 of spades

Pick anyone - it doesn't matter which, because NONE of them will be there afterwards.

When you're returned to the page, you'll see:

Queen of diamonds
King of Clubs
Ace of Spades
4 of hearts
8 of clubs

But you only concentrated on one card you you never quite realise what they've done. No matter which card you pick, it will always vanish.

Clever trick actually.
