I am 16 and have never had knee problems before.. I've been working out for awhile. I ran and did squats on friday and had a weird pain in my shin after that but it went away. I didn't do anything saturday/sunday but sunday my calfs started hurting out of no where.
Today I started working out and my first squat rep my knees felt like they exploded and I could hardly get back up to put the bar on the rack..
It hurts to bend them and walk, I have no idea what happen nor what to do.
