I've had some decent experience with most of the compounds listed above
Ghrp6/modgrf 1-29: You typically need to run a GHRP peptide such as ghrp-2, ghrp-6, or ipamorelin alongside a GHRH peptide such as mod grf1-29, or cjc1295.
Dosing: Typical dosing for these peptides is 100mcg of each, pinned sub-q, at least a couple hours after a meal, and you should wait 30min before eating after dosing. One dose should also be administered before bed, which amplifies the body's natural GH pulse during sleep
Results: GH release peaks roughly 30-45min following dosing, and returns to baseline within about 4 hours. IGF-1 levels remain elevated for longer periods, and blood-work from other boards has shown 40-50% increases in serum IGF-1.
My personal experience with this combo is increased glycogen retention, increased strength, increased pumps/fullness, mild water retention/bloating, improved joints, some leaning effects. These aren't big mass builders in my opinion, but they are great in conjunction with most cycles, and great in PCT for holding on to gains.
Side Effects: Hunger pains... mainly when using ghrp-6, within 15min of pinning I am hit with massive hungar that makes me want to gorge on everything in site. In addition there is water retention and bloating. Lastly, Ghrp-6/ghrp-2 stimulate prolactin and cortisol release at higher doses. If you stick to 100mcg there shouldn't be a problem, but at 250mcg+ I have had issues with prolactin while using these peptides.
MGF/PEGMGF: Not going to dive to far into the scientific aspect of these, but this variant of IGF-1 is stimulated in response to muscle damage (such as from resist training), and is responsible for new cell growth and repair. It is also suggested that it may cause hyperplasia
In my oppinion, there is a better localized effect using MGF/PegMGF than IGF-1
Dosing: Typical doses are 250mcg+ pinned IM bilaterally (half in one side half in the other). The dose is pinned in the muscle trained, immediately post workout. PegMGF has a much longer half life due to the PEGylation, while MGF will only last for approximately 15-20min before degradation. Some say MGF is better for localized growth while PEGmgf simply becomes systemic after injection.
I personally noticed significant swelling/soreness/glycogen in the following days after using PEGmgf IM. Aesthetically, it has a very nice appeal because of how it makes the muscles pop for a few days. As far as localized growth... I will say that down the road I saw significant changes in my physique that implys that some localized hyperplasia may have occured. My calves even grew somewhat, after 5 years of failed attempts. Do I think MGF is going to turn you into Jay Cutler? NO... but I did find it to have some appeal, and will use again
Side Effects: None that I can really note, other than increased soreness/DOMS in the muscle pinned after a hard workout.
Results: Increased water/glycogen retention immediately, increased recovery, fullness, and possible localized growth that matures down the road with training
Melanotan: Increases the production of melanin in the skin which results in darker pigmentation. You can use this stuff without sun exposure... but I don't recommend it! You get much better results from low dosing and hitting the booth once per week.
Dosing: For sunless tanning i've seen recommended doses at 1mg per day pinned sub q for the first week, and then drop it to 500mcg until they reach their desired color. I personally prefer to dose 250mcg twice per week, immediately before the tanning bed. After you darken, you can even drop the dose to 250mcg once per week and maintain your color.
Results: This stuff literally changes the color of your skin. You will be able to reach a new level of tan you never could before, and even when you stop using it, your skin remains considerably darker for a long time.
Side Effects: considerable nausea the first few times you use it, or if you don't use it for a period of time. You also become flushed after pinning, which lasts for an hour maybe. Many also report that the peptide has potential to give some solid erections, which I've not really experienced personally. The PT141 peptide is an analogue of melanotan, which utilizes only the portion of the peptide responsible for this effect.
