10th week of cycle, my left knee is killing me

Hey all,

So I am into my 10th week of a 16 week blast right now.

Currently running Test & Tren, but started the first 6 weeks with Tbol @ 50mg ED, which was lovely YUMMMMMM.

Anyways, my left knee is really sore all the time, especially when I train legs.

Do you think I should just wear a knee brace while training? Not sure what I should do, I don't want to injure myself but I still have 6 weeks left of this kick ass cycle.
 
give it a week off and see how it feels. my elboe is getting worse, thats what im gonna do. No sense in tearing anything or making it worse
