Here is a delicious and nutritious way to start your day.

Place all ingredients in a blender:

1 Cup plain, non-fat, unsweetened yogurt [try to find organic yogurt]
½ cup frozen berries [organic strawberries, blueberries, blackberries or raspberries]
1 scoop <a href=http://organicwheyproteinconcentrate.com>whey protein concentrate</a>

Blend until smooth. Enjoy!

Protein: 26 grams

I always do bananas, I've never tried the frozen mixed berries, that sounds delicious! What flavor of whey protein do you use with those? Thanks for sharing this!

I use vanilla flavored Actiion Whey (http://organicwheyproteinconcentrate.com).
