Hey guys new to the site just looking for a lil info been doing sust 250 & deca 200 sust 1 cc every 3 days and the deca 1cc twice a week I was wondering how long I can do both of them safely. And how long do it wait before I start my next cycle thanks for any help. This is my first cycle I'm 31 170lbs 6 ft
