Want to place in regionals this year. I weigh 119 pounds right now and need to lose the extra weight by late Jan. The only supplement i take is bodyfortres whey protein. Best lifts: Squat:255lb. Bench:150lb Deadlift:255lb
Goals: Squat:300 Bench:165 Deadlift:300lb.
Any suggestions on how to lose weight and supplements is appreciated.
