What do you guys do with t3 break your dosings up throughout the day or just take it all once?

30-45 min before breakfast and another dosage 8-10 hours later.
 
ya i take mine at 5am (pre workout) then right before my 5pm meal. Unless its below 50mcg/day, then ill take it all at once.
 
break it up
