Hey guys, just as the title says. Is the ingredient Taurine absolutely necessary when looking to purchase a creatine product. I heard it helps absorption?

Taurine: Necessary component for creatine powders?

Helps with Glycogen depositon......helpful but not at all necessary.
We find that about 1 in 20, won't respond well w/o it.
If your looking at a product w/taurine...it most likely is a "preload", pounds of dextrose....itty bitty amount of creatine ( not the best grade either, like PF or Creapure)...and you don't want it anyways!
