What're your impressions on Met-Rx Ready-To-Drink protein shakes. They have 40 grams of protein.
 
Not for taste....and there is a recent article somewhere that I haven't read yet...(maybe T-Mag)...suggesting RTD's may be denatured by having been premixed for so long?

Maybe someone can find it, post it, and we can determine it's credibility? :D
