I have this pain in my left hand right behind my thumb almost like I jammed my thumb when i try and go heavy on certain exercises like
preacher curls straight bar curls or when i go real heavy on bench pressing
I can stay away from exercises that aggrevate it for a couple of weeks and it seems to go away but as soon as I go back to them the pain comes back. Just wondering if anyone has had this problem and if so were they able to solve it other than staying away from those exercises all together.
