3rd day as of today been lift in hard for 8 years currently 198, maintaining for now.. starting a cycle soon. I've done 3 body building shows mr.alaska won twice, third time i got 2nd.... anyway have a few questions but don't know how to go about it in the proper way can anyone assist me thanks
