I'm new to the forums, and looking forward to learning more. Here are my stats:
30 years old
5'9" 185 lbs, 8% BF
I've been lifting consistently for 8 years, and have put on over 30 lbs while keeping my body fat under 10%.
Needless to say, I've plateaued over the last year or so, and any gains have been minimal. I'm always looking for new ways to gain size and strength, and I'm really looking forward to what you guys have to offer.
I should also say that my lifting goals center around my GS ski racing, and all my gym activites are to make me a bigger, stronger, faster skier.
