Is lamb a good meat? Or is it something i should avoid?

Also... is cheese bad? More specifically... brie. I love that stuff, but im not sure if its got a lot of sugar or whatnot. :/

Both are okay....generally w/ cheese, you want to stick w/ the hard cheeses, as they have less sugar, and keep in mind the lamb has a high fat to protein ratio.

So both are okay but you may want to limit/avoid them in the later stages of a cut, particularly if you need to get super lean (as in competition) or progress has stalled.
