I strained my neck and am doing high reps this week (20-18-15)... Supersets at this rep range are absolutely brutal... for my biceps workout one of the exercises is reverse grip preacher curls supersetted with reg grip preacher curls.... only got 20-11 reps even though i was using about 1/2 the weight i usually do for 10-8-5 reps
but the good news is at that rep range bench press and other exercises don't hurt my neck like they did last week
