View Full Version : Not really new, but finally introducing myself

Hey all. I've been snooping around this place for over a year. Tons of great info that has helped me in my journey of getting back into lifting and weight loss.

About me: I'm 38 and been lifting on and off since I was 16 and have had 7 surgeries over the years due to injuries from sports and work. I was diagnosed with low Testosterone a few years back while struggling losing weight. After going through a few different doctors, I finally found a clinic in my area that does TRT. I'm 6 months in and feel better than I have in the past 5 years. I have learned quite a bit from this forum and now looking to go to my primary care physician to have her give me a prescription so I can do my own TRT. If not, I guess I will be sourcing it all myself and hope that she'll at least monitor me.

Looking forward to continue to get great info from this community.
