my last of 6 meals is at 1:15 am. my ratio is 50% protein, 25% fat and 25% carbs.
on my last meal i do not wanna take carbs for the simple reason that i'll be sleeping right after and it will turn to fat.
whats best to do? from the total calories ,example 70% protein, 30 % fat?

You bulking or cutting?

btw, regardless of calories, carb conversion to fat has only like a 23% of actually occuring, and usually that's from mass overfeeding.

im cutting right now.

r u saying that it doesnt matter to eat slow burning carbs at night?

Not if you're cutting, no. Don't worry about it.

Not unless you're like sub-10% and hitting really stubborn bf.

so its ok to eat brown rice ,oatmeal, apple etc at night with my lat meal?
is it ok to eat carbs at night when ur bulking?

there are different opinions on this. Some say taper carbs down at night, others say only 24 hr cal balance matters. I just happen to agree with Rob (TCD).

You should definitely have carbs in all meals when bulking.

ill try eating carbs at night, if i notice more fat on me,since in cutting, i should stop?

Carbs don't make you fat - excess calories do.

if you're bulking, you just don't need to put in as many carbs as you would for your breakfast meal, for example.

If your calories are in surplus, having every meal exactly equal doesn't mean shiat.

I mean no, it's not a rule set in stone.

It's not a bad idea, but not a necessity.
