Anyone have any other suggestions of supplements to use. I am 33 years old and getting back into weights after some extended time away from home (US Navy). I currently do cardio in the mornings 5 days a week and lift 4-5 days a week in the afternoon. Currently I use Nitro-Tech or Problend 55 and Cell Tech for Creatine. I would like to get a little bigger and of course drop a little body fat (now sitting at about 18%) My diet probably isnt the best in the world but not the worst either. Work situations dont always lend to eating the best, but like I said I do the best I can. Usually I can get in 4 meals a day.
