Just some BG - been on 200 mg EOW for year and a half. 32 years old. Initial test was 97 ng/dL six months after baseline test was low 400's. About 17%BF. I have had a steady decline in libido over time and it is starting to really bother me because I am having a hard time satisfying my wife. I have difficult rising to the occasion sometimes and other times just keeping it hard. I started TRT because of being tired all the time and having issues staying awake during the day. I have tried peptides such as exemestane with little to no results in recovery. I'm going to get a full hormone panel worked up this week to check E2 levels, but should I also ask the doc about HCG injects and maybe a legit AI scrip? I'm too young to have these issues so looking for advice. Thanks

Get your bloodwork first to see what's wrong

Yeah man, bloodwork. Check TT, Free T (or Bio-available T), DHT, E2, DHEA, DHEA/S, and all the other panels/tests the doc recommends. I feel like HCG is a big part of my TRT/cruise program.

I prefer Adex in lieu of Aromasin. If your E2 is too high or low, libido/erectile problems can occur.

Also, may talk to your doc about a more frequent injection schedule. IMO, 100 mgs EW is better than 200 EOW. 100 mgs e3d is even better, but you're going to have a hard time getting a doctor on board with that.

Did you get an MRI of your pituitary? A test level of 97 is very low for a 30 yo. What was the prognosis of why you were so low?

Also when did you get blood drawn for your 400 level? Test has a half life of 7 day's. So after 14 days you would be very low. It is better to do 100mg every 7 day's instead of 200 every 14. I would ask your doc if you could switch to once per week injection's and see if that works for you.

You might need an AI as well. Most likely you do if you are injecting 200mg at a time. I would suspect your e2 is out of range which can cause ED problem's. Injecting a smaller amount you will have less estrogen as well. Get blood work and post them in here.

as stated get blood work and check E2, plus free and total test

start injecting once a week, if they send you home with your script you can just buy pins and do it yourself. Use an AI and maybe add some proviron to free up more test. Also you can get cialis cheap if you know where to look, you can take 10mg a day and be ready to go whenever

^^^ proviron and cialis are a must. Plus- anybody that has been on extended TRT will have to tweak to find the sweet spot. Will look at bloodwork-but I am betting you need to up your dose-more frequent injections- and add an AI.Bloodwork will tell the story-Luck-OD

your t levels are fluctuating way to much. do you have the libido problem all the time or just in the latter part of the 2 weeks following your injection ?
your mind can play tricks on ya to, if you had it happen a couple times you might be thinking about it to much and all of a sudden no more wood lol.
see what the doc says after blood work and try and get weekly injections. i think some one already mentioned finding your sweet spot, that was totaly on point
play around with your dose tell you feel normal. also remember 500mg's a week is a cycle not trt lol. as far as hcg and ai's go i ran 150 mg's test c 75mg's pinned twice a week after about 2 months i had to run an AI, no major estro probs exept acne, .25 adex eod cleared it up pretty good, not sure if that was overkill but it seamed to work pretty well. hcg for trt is basicaly to keep your nuts from shrinking, it will also raise your t levels, by how much and for how long im not sure. i only run hcg on cycle, i was fine on 150 mg's of test a little shrinkage. the wife asked if the frank got bigger i told no the beans just got smaller.

im no doc this is just personal experiance or preferance. do some more DD see what the doc says about bloods and go from there
hope all goes well

Thanks guys, going in the morning for bloods. To answer some questions the ED problem is not all the time, seems like when I go on a short "blast" I'm okay, which goes back to the EW pin. Back last fall I done a 6 week Tren/Prop run and I felt like a superstar, but while I'm cruising I just don't feel good and the longer I just "cruise" seems the worse I feel. I'll post up results when I get them back. My doc is not an endo but a GP so chances are I'll be educating her on hormone replacement treatement.

Also, to answer the other ?'s my 97 initial test was really low. When I was 26 y/o I had a panel done and my test then was low 300's and I did not start any treatment then. I honestly think only one of my nuts works because I had one injured when I was young and had severe torsion for almost a month, which required surgery but my parents couldn't afford it. And when the 400 post TRT labs came back that was 6 months into the TRT.

Why would cialis and proviron be a must? I'm not saying your wrong I'm sure you know more than me, but I always assumed if your test and e2 levels were within optimal ranges than that would help you avoid having to use cialis assuming blood circulation was not an issue. I only ask cause I just started blasting and cruising about a year ago but haven't needed anything but test and arimidex (when I cruise) but is this likely to change down the road. Thanks in advance.

Pin more frequently brother. 200mg every 7-8 days. You may also need an AI.

Post up your labs when you get them but also provide us the exact date of your last pin in relation to the labs.

I think the Doc giving him some free Cialis answers that. The prov is just a step in the right direction.Your statement " change down the road" is very true for some-but you might be one of the lucky ones ?OP is already having " some" issues. His bloodwork is key-hope that helps-OD

1. Need labs as a baseline to start.

2.More frequent pinning is a must.

3. Will need an ai.

4. Hcg is optional but I feel it will better your hormone profile.

I would start pinning once a week minimum for a month and get labs to see where youre at. Then you will add in an ai and hcg if possible. Get labs after 4 weeks of ai and adjust to dial in e2. You really need to take this in baby steps instead of a shotgun approach, this way you can see how you feel on each component of trt. Otherwise youre shooting in the dark.

Full labs are important, any doc familiar with TRT should establish your PSA baseline and continue to monitor this through out therapy, any spikes can be an indicator of prostate issues. The e.d. issue is common and it usually is what the OP describes ie; quality, maintenance and besides free Cialis is always a good thing. Good luck.

Thanks to a lot of people on this web site I awitched to 100 every week about 6 months ago, I feel really strong most of the time and sleep well when I give up and lay down, I dont run around with a woodie but I am also 70 years old, I take daily Celias and it works really well. (something I need to add about Celias, it stays in my system about 3 days, other than the obivious I have noticed that when I go pee I have a strong steady stream with no straining, not being a MD I assume its from the improved circulation). Listen to your friends here because the one thing I have picked up is they really care and wont recommend anything that could hurt you. Last but not least I had similar problems when I was your age and the Urogerlost said that he see's many men with high normal blood sugar have some ED problems, get it checked along with other important matters.
Larry Mandrell ps:please forgive the spelling I need spell check but my last one commited sueside.

Got a call from doc today with results, haven't seen them yet. But she says my E2 levels are within normal range, which means the peptide exemestane works fine. She said my LH was low, but my test levels were okay. She said available test was 1265 and free test was 401. My last inject was on Sunday last week, labs were done Wednesday morning. In other news, the Cialis is the stuff!!!
