My email notifications on subscribed threads are 8 days behind all the sudden. I am still receiving daily notifications but updated posts are over a week old. Any ideas?

I have that feature turned off and supposed to only subscribe through the control pannel.. but I'm still getting hammered with those stupid ass emails. Mine are way behind as well.
