i started gymming 3 to 4 years b4...unfortunately my sexual strength is not dat much good... frankly speaking my errection is not dat much hard enough to intercourse.. it comes in my mind dat b4 gym i was okay.. but after gymming and lifting heavy weights... my sexual strenght is decreased... doing gymming really effects your sexual stemina or errection function.... if it does.. then can u guys guide me to solve my this errection problem.. basically i do get errect but as soon as i get ready for intercourse i loose my erection... i concerned wid sum doctors also.. but useless... what should i do?

Yes. Overexcersising can cause decrease in testosterone and reduced libio. See an Endo. If its a boner issue, than go see a urologist.

I think you got into some wrong exercise or techniques which is lowering your erection and i think due to wrong exercise i think the blood flow to penile chamber has been affected. I think kegel exercise would help you. or stop doing exercise for a while.

If you want to improve erection or sex drive i would say kegel exercise would help you.
