Hey Guys! I need to Thanks GRanabolics & DATH for the supreme job, communication and service. Package arrived in a good time frame, well pack and full of goodies. I going to be doing a nice log with Synaptec Sust325 from GRanabolics and I will be open for any ideas or variations (diet or exercise related) for this 10 weeks S325 twice a wk cycle (MO & TH). Again, Thanks DATH for an excellent communication and GR for nice Nectar.

10 WEEKS 325 cycle twice a week MO & TH- (will start on Monday)

PCT will start 3 weeks on the dot after last pin (clomid/nolva and I have Letro for the just in case)

Looking to shred maybe 2-3% BF (actual bf is 13-14) while adding some muscle

5'8'' @ 198 of pretty awesomeness LoL!!!

Diet is going to be between 2500-3000 split in 5-6 meals (I have a lot of chicken breast, buffalo/elk ground beef)

NO DIRTY FATS, NO FRY, NO FAST FOOD

1MR BENCH PRESS- 410

1MR SQUAT - 525

1MR DL 500

Hope to add muscle, remain lean or get leaner, and add (at least) an extra easy 10-15lbs to each event. Numbers are no bench shirt,no squat or dl suit. Just chalk, wraps and belt.

I have plan to take one Casein shake before go to bed before 9:00pm

Routine was Arms & Abs:

Straight bar curs/ alternating db curl/ cable curls

cable push down/ lying triceps extensions/ db kick back

barbel wrist curls / db wrist curls

leg raises/ cable rope crunches/ crunches

( I took this routine from the AST website) Just modified the days and weight to myself.

GrAnabolic Sust325 (first day)

1cc (325) with 1in. 25g in the triceps

Does hurt a little bit but nothing bad. (Feels like a flu shot)

.25g was good enough to withdraw from vial and push out the syringe. No resistance in the oil.

Went smooooottthhhhhh. Oil looks nice and clear and I will update tomorrow with legs routine.

I'm will be hitting the squat rack like a beast.

Hello Ladies and gents...To update the Pinned from yesterday, I can say that the pain increased

maybe 1% overnight (3 in the scale of 1-10) but was almost gone by 6:00am. So far, I feel good,

no redness in the area and arm is not cripple like I felt in the past with other labs. Today was legs

day...A lot of back and front squat, leg press, calf raises and all that good thing. Diet was as follow:

2 boiling eggs (6:30am)

Pineapple protein shake (2 scoop) & Pre-workout drink (8:00am)

Pre-workout 7:30 and hit the gym by 8:00am

Post-workout drink 10:30

Chicken breast and bake potato 12:00pm

Tuna snack 2:00pm

Salmon & green beans (4:30pm)

Fruit cup with almonds (fresh fruit, not out of a can) (7:00pm)

I have plan to take one Casein shake before go to bed between 8:30 & 9:00pm

Well,finally I'm home...Tired like a dog but a happy dog

with two tails. Today I start with the Cross-fit exercise

of the day. The event consist of 3 set of 800mts (fast)

and rest for two minutes. Then I headed to the gym and

performed the Cross-fit Football exercise of the day.

I did have fun with this one. Fit more to my style.

The exercise consist of (by time)

5 DB Thrusters 50 lbs, 5 Strict Chin Ups & 5 Burpees.

By the way...is 9 sets of this stuff by time.

I going to be hurt tomorrow but I love it so far...No Pain

No Gains right Guys!

The diet was a s follow:

raising oatmeal bowl (6:00am)

Pre-workout drink (7:30am)

Hit the track & gym by 8:00am

Post-workout drink & isolate protein shake 10:30

2 Chicken grill breast and bake potato 12:30pm (little bit of sour cream)

Chicken snack 2:00pm (Comes in can like Tuna)

Pineapple and mango fruit bowl (4:00pm)

Turkey in the grill with salad green beans (6:30pm)

Watermelon (8:30pm)

No protein shake tonight. I think I ingest enough during

the day plus is late and I'm ready to hit the bed any

minute. By the way...after all that run and burpees in the

gym, my leg s are fine no indication of soreness from the Sust.

I did feel full of energy. Will see what next week is going to bring.

In the mean time, I still have Friday, rest Saturday and pick it up on Sunday.

Hey guys! This is my post for yesterday Friday August 31st.

Way too busy to log last night. The diet was a s follow:

2 boiling eggs & oatmeal bowl (6:30am)

Protein shake & Pre-workout drink (8:00am)

Hit the gym by 8:30am

Post-workout drink 10:30

Bison ground beef and bake potato 12:30pm

Protein shake (2:00pm)

watermelon bowl (4:00pm)

bison ground beef with sweet potato (6:00pm)

tuna snack and pineapple bowl (8:30pm)

Went to bed almost at 10:00pm after long day of work.

The routine at the gym was for shoulder and traps with

couple 100mts sprints to increase my Cardio. So far I feel good.

Almost one week down, nine to go and expectations are huge!

broil turkey breast with vegetables (4:30pm)

tuna snack 7:00pm (eating right now)

I have a water melon bowl for 8:30pm before go to bed

Pinned aprox. at 10:00am before go to work

so far i feel good, energy level are high and

I know is early in the game but I need to

give to Gr a GO at this point...feel weight

is going up. I'm planning do max reps in the

3rd week. In that way I can ck myself in

week 6th and wk 9th. I will keep you post it.

Here is guys...Wednesday; half week down!

Today diet was a s follow:

1 brown bread toast & 2 boiling eggs (6:30am)

pre-workout 8:00am hit the gym by (8:30)

Start with cardio 20 min for nice warm up.

Today routine focus on Shoulders/Trap

The only different that I did compare with the ATS

website, they do 3 sets of 4-6; I prefer 5 x 5. Other

than that I follow the exercise routine.

Post work-out 11:00am

chicken salad with vinegar dressing (12:00)

2 scoop of peanut butter (the crunchy one) 2:00pm

ground beef with sweet potato 4:00pm

Cesar salad 6:00pm

casein protein shake 8:00pm

* skin start looking a little bit oily. I going to start 20mg

accutane eod just in case. Don't like the acne look.

Other than that...feel good, looks better, I may add

cardio (15-20) in non cardio days. Definitely, if you

looks good...you feels good!!!

Exept for the cardio portion...Cardio is essential

but SUCKKKKKKKSSSSSSSSSS! Any ways;

2 egg white omelet with vegetables 6:30am

Pre work out 8:00am hit the gym by 8:30am

protein shake (isolate) 11:00am

turkey breast with sweet plantain (oven) 12:30

watermelon bowl 3:00pm

2 scoop of peanut butter and 1 banana 4:30pm

chicken breast with green vegetables 6:30pm

I have one more protein banana smoothie

before 8:30pm and then go to bed. Because

I pinned on Tuesday, I going to do the other

one on Friday. I going to pick it up again

next week Mo & Th. So far so good!!!!

so far...Gr nectar is working out for me;

I feel a lot stronger than day #1. I'm adding

1 or two more reps in most Routines exercise.

Weight is up and looking solid.

the week:Add a lot of rest for BIG Day Sunday

NEW Number as follow:

1MR BENCH PRESS- 425 (+15LBS)

failed me. Did feel strong going up but couldn't

completed the lift. Any ways, I will check in

three more weeks to check were I'm at. An

additional 35lbs total in the big three in less

than 3 month (my last Mr check w/o Gr) are

excellent. So far diet has done good to me.

My "Gr Supplements" are working excellent.

No scare to recommend GR or DATH to board

community. I will start Monday with Legs,

assistance exercise for my grip issue and a lot

of energy in the search of greatness. By the way...

numbers are RAW!!!

Thanks brother. Supplementation (wink) diet, rest and technique. People (sometimes) can add over 20lbs in less than a month by changing technique.

today and I'm up 6lbs, looks solid, not

bloated...pants still looks and feel loose meaning

is muscle weight and not water or fat...diet is

helping me too much with my goals.

Today diet was as follow:

I'm back ladies & gents...sorry but I took a long weekend...\

now back to the real world and here are the numbers...

Bench Press remain the same with 425lbs however

was as strong 425...I can probably add an extra 5lbs

but I prefer to wait to my last week and of course meet day.

The squat was a nice and solid 550lbs which is 5 more

pounds than last one. This is with the squat rack which is

harder than in the mono-lift. I know I can do better in this

department.

In DL I did 505 lbs with not much resistance. Is 5lbs more than

last time. I still looking how I going to open next time.

I did 425/465/505 which work better than last time which

I did 450/475 and bump 500...will see what happen next.

For sure the 5 x 5 is working better than the previous routine (AST).

New routine with nutrition and GRupplementationis is working excellent!!!

Hey guys!!! Been away for a minute and I can't drop as frequent as use too. My meet is approaching very fast and I need to focus in that event. Supplementation is right on target. My diet and all nutrition aspects are looking good. Thanks to Gr & DATH for the Sust325. This stuff is the real deal. Right now I gain 11lbs. Tomorrow Monday is the beginning of Week 8. 11 in solid gains. I been running, sauna and some diuretics tricks to try to keep weight not to far from my weight class. Definitely I would increase more lbs taking the competition out of the equation. But looks good, feels good and is going to be a hell of a ride!!!!!

Try to keep the diet at 2500 cal w/o exceed 3000 cal in occasions. Protein 1-1.5g, 0 saturated fat, a lot of fruit like orange, grapefruit, strawberries and some tamarind.

I will keep posting from time to time for the next three weeks and PM me if have questions. I get back to you soon as possible. As soon I get the Real results = Meet, I let you guys know the results.

This is the guys...the diet is working good...I start shredding some pounds (of water;don't want to wait to last minute) using the sauna. I'm eating a lot of lettuce, tomato, tuna plus my three meals. I still looking at 2500cal, little more cadio and sauna time has increase. I change the Sust325 to Tu & Fr due to work and training flexibility. The Sust is doing good to me. From now on is body weight manipulation for couple more weeks and then I will rest for a minute (not really; just lighter weight) and PCT.

I'm reducing aprox 500cal from my diet (smaller portions a day)

need to loose couple more pound (water weight most)

fell hungry. who would guess that 500 cal will make a lot of difference.

Anyways, keep pumping really nice, pinned on target and the big game is approaching fast!!!

Now is time for water reduction, water deprivation, some more cardio and a lot of sauna...grrrrrrrrr!!!!

Can wait for weight In day...!!!!!!!

Yes sir...I'm back with two first places at two different meets. Will be posting only one photo of one of the awards (no numbers or any more info about it for safety). Also want to tanks Gr & DATH and all the members that support this board and the thread. Feel tire, hurt but at the same time full of desires to go back to the gym and pick it up and throw some more weights around. The weight cut did affect my pass numbers but did not affect my overall performance. Did have good time and I'm ready to work some more magic to my next encounter. I'm going to have this thread open for couple more of days and then going to ask Mod/Dath to closed it. Was my pleasure share this info!
