HI ALL!

I am new to IM and I am looking for some great information on getting ripped!!

I am 5'5" and 125lbs.. so I dont want to loose weight just get ripped!!!

Where to start?? weights vs cardio?? how much of each?? how many times a week??


any info would be great!!
