Cost question for guys on TRT and/or prescribed rHGH

What are the monthly costs, respectively, of testosterone replacement therapy and GH prescriptions? Have you heard of either of the two being covered under private health insurance plans?

Thanks for the info guys. I wouldn't be going on either for a couple of years but I'm weighing my long-term options.

I do TRT through my primary care doc. Test is $65-70 at Costco for 10ml/200mg. Blood work 2x per year at about $150 each. I run Formeron as my AI at 2-3 pumps per week. Nothing is covered by my health plan so total cost is about $65/month. I do have an HSA plan and I pay it out of there so at least it's with pre tax $$.
