Hi to everyone..
I am a new member to this site and am looking forward to gaining a lot of knowleadge and info hear. I have just got back into lifting, it has been several years now and I have to say it feels great to be pushing iron again. The pump and release of those great hormones bring back awesome memories....
Anyway I have a few questions I need to post so look for me in the forums......
