I have finally done what I was always afraid of. I have hit a plateau for Bench press, and my Bi's have refused to grow for some time now. I have switched up excercises, reps, ect, but the stagnation remains! Dammit!! Any suggestions on blockade-breaking routines, reps, etc. Help!
