Ok here is my recent TRT experience. My current test is 7.8 L nmo1/L 219 L pmo1/L, quite shit really?..

last script was Proviron 1000mg, 4ml shot, but that was way back in October last year, my highest ever test was 13.8, never over 14, but in where i live and if you are under 40 years of age you have to be below the pre determined range which is 11-40, and have successive tests under the 11, for me its always been a number below and a number in the early teens, so no script. As i am now 41 i can access more TRT but i didn?t want the 1000 Proviron and at 6 week intervals, all i want is a regular SUS250 shot. They seem inclined to fix the short term and not the long term, get you back up over the 11. If i have these low test markers and most of the low tests symptoms, you should be on for 12 months at a time. Time to source my own?..but this combined with the lower kidney function is really beating me up, stopped my progress, now i am doing no time in the gym, suffer 24 hours a day and seem to be susceptible to anything going around, so my immune system is low also. Worse thing is is that i went to GPS in my early 30?s and explained what low test does to a man, doctors not interested in preventative care, wait until all health problems arrive then they can do all there tests, scripts, multiple doctor visits, oh you need an endo, 5 month wait, all this uncertainty can be avoided. I mean fat obese people don?t get fat from the first mouth full. I now have a goal, fuck very doctor in da ass...

so my doc tells me to contact endo again and revise the script which means for me another 2 hour drive to Brisbane and more dosh for the endo, my last GP when she saw that low level got me a shot of SUS250 within 1 hour. Go to another doc and show them my results or get a regular supply of SUS amps or test e or c on its own in a 50 ml jug and pin 2-3 times a week?.

my kidney function is also down about 10 percent, cholesterol is up at 7.6H range is 3.9-5.5, ALT is 59H, range is 5-40, iron is slightly over the 300, thyroid and prostate, vit d, all other mins are good.

I have a kidney ultrasound coming up this week, its function is eGFR 54L, needs to be 59L, creatinine is 128H, needs to be under 110...

Any advice appreciated?...

My advice is to take care of your kidney probs first bro. What did they say about ur kidneys? And fuck the dr when it comes to trt. Well atleast in ur case. Find a source that has a decent success rate and ships to oz and put urself on trt. Simple test at 250 a week

Kidney issues can be a number of things, one is what you do to them, the other is whether the kidney has a problem that is kidney related, i had an aultrasound 2 years ago and nothing abnormal, no stones, cysts, size was right, i dont drink, smoke or use meds, i was on depression meds off and on for 10 years but nothing should have caused this, i dont take anti inflammatory and i have never done much in orals, no diabtetes in family and i dont have, thyroid is good?.i have another ultrasound this week, i have had deabtes with doctors since i was about 30, i am 41 now about low testosterone, should have been on TRT 10 years ago, low test can cause so many probs in men in there 40?s and if not caught now, its the death nell all most, no wonder i feel so fucked up, i went from working a 45-50 hour's a week, training 4-5 times a week to no gains and going backwards, i exert myself now and spend 1 week recovering, everyday life is difficult?i?m going to find this doc that told me i was wrong about low test and face fuck him?.

Elevated ALT is a liver issue. Did your doc offer any reason for this? You say you dont drink and use orals sparingly...just wondering why elevated liver enzymes.

My ALT was 59 with a H, its is above the 4o range of the test, as to why, i am unsure, i did do EPI oral in December at 20-30mg a day, but stopped using it as started getting quite lethargic, it would have been almost 2 years since my last orals and that was A-Bombs at 100mg a day at the most, before that was Methyl 1-D, Epi, but this is like 4 years plus ago and dosing was as directed, never abused the stuff. February 2012 my ALT was 33. As mentioned i rarely drink, dont smoke or do drugs, limit prescription medication and dont do anti inflammatory s...

Sounds like the aids to me.

My understanding is that an ALT can look bad if you lift weights due to muscle breakdown showing same as liver gamma high ect. Not sure but lots of weight trainers have had the same issue and believed to be because of muscle damage shows up the same as well as injections give bad ALT results but really liver is in good shape.

i drink plenty of water, i haven?t done any pre workouts or any stims either for over 2 years, when i did supplement reviews a few years ago, i used almost everything on the market, started feeling crook, all ten additives, Colors, tripling up on things like magnesium didn?t help either?.

What was your water intake like on the epi cycle?

i have used Epi a couple of times, but this time around noticed a lot more lethargy than before, i have had the kidney issue obviously while using the Epi so i think it was more pronounced, put it this way, i wouldn?t be doing any original style SD, my gains on the first Epi cycle was fantastic and lean mass to boot, strength was right up, back 4 years ago now, but i gained a good 4 kg on that by its self and felt great?..water intake was up for this cycle.

ALT alanine aminotransferase is the most specific of the transaminase enzyme tests for liver function. Its mostly elevated n cases of hepatitis that are from a viral toxicity or from a drug induced toxicity. If it remains elevated after discontinuing the drug or resolving the illness that caused the initial liver damage it is considered a marker for progression to chronic hepatitis. Not trying to scare you but this is not caused by nor exacerbated by low T levels. If i were you id be asking my doc a lot of f'n questions. Is this the 1st time your ALT
Has come back elevated?

Its the first time i have seen it above the range, i cant pin point how or why any of this has happened, i was at the docs a few weeks ago for all the aches and pains i am having, he knew my kidney function was lower and still prescribed anti inflammatory, Ibuprofen..so that to me is irresponsible on his part??i knew straight away what they were and only used the sparingly, if i had of known this blood test was round the corner i would have used none?i have some shit to take care of, but i can remember my other doc years ago mentioning if i had a history of kidney disease in the family as it was slightly lower. I am going to get my blood tests from as far back as they have them and chart the decline.

YOur ALT is not bad at all. Unless it is over 200 is nothing to be concerned about.;

do you have high blood pressure??

do you have high blood pressure??

No, blood pressure has always been normal, which is why i am a little perplexed, i had more bloods done yesterday to rule out as much as i can and a urine test, my previous job had occupational risk and we were never vaccinated for Hepatitis, my job involved public toilet maintenance and pits, sewerage, occasional human waste and then exposure through regular first aid application and generally doing the job in emergency situations. My workmate and i also were exposed to flood water for a prolonged period, so maybe its a virus or something that has manifested itself for a a couple of years, as i have not been right for a couple of years.

I am going to Brisbane tomorrow to see a new endo. I am hoping for a better outcome than the last guy, cant go back to him due to my old doctor stuffing up the referral, i have chased him up 4 times. They feel they have seen me with no referral. So they wanted to make me wait until end of May, maybe June or July, you get my drift? I think a positive outcome will be SUS250 at fortnightly intervals. My last test was 219 pmo1/l range in Aus is 260-740. Let you all know how it goes. Hopefully this new guy can give me answers.

Seen the specialist today, more blood tests for starters and a ultrasound of my balls.

AZZA, I'm following your thread closely and now shitting my pants because my ALT and AST are elevated higher than yours are. My creatinine is 1.41 and my eGFR is 56. I have been to a Nephrologist and he thinks I hurt my kidneys 3 years back when I was swallowing advil like skittles (because I didn't know any better) and my back was fucked. So ALT and AST are liver enzymes and are a measure of liver health?

My endo yesterday gave me the only real answer that makes sense. I have had a lot of doctors look at my bloods. To many doctors get hung up over numbers and pre thought out ranges. My charted blood work over 11 years shows my kidneys at approx 90 percent. With no decline showing up in that 11 years. When a new doc see?s a test with no history he or she automatically thinks you have an issue. As the endo said, this is your range, we have 11 years worth of tests to attest to your range and you are fine. There are so many factors which can influence the tests as well so remember this. Yes advils and any ibuprofen can affect you. My main problem is the low test, but you need to look at what lowers the test, not just get a script, i am sick of bro logic, people telling you to nut up and go on cycle, just train etc. What is the longterm, before cycles, before having a beach body there has to be health my friend. I wont put my health at risk to look buffed. For now, its getting to the root of the problem, having a lay off and then re entering a life of lifting.

lmao

This thread is pure trolling for sympathy. Please neg OP repeatedly :coffee:
