I started having a little bit of pain in my left knee last leg day. Wasn't anything major. Just like a small pin prick. I think it would go away with a wrap, but don't know if that's the best thing to do. It wasn't a muscle pain, which is what bothers me. Anybody else had this problem and what did you do about it. Reduce weight and increase reps is my initial instinct.

Shut Up and LIFT!!

I have knee pain sometimes, taking glucosomine and chondriton helps it though.

I just make sure I keep my form good, I don't like the way wraps feel.

MASS ABOVE ALL

I've had knee problems all my life. When your knee starts to hurt, the only thing you can do is lay off it for awhile. I know it sucks, but it's the best way for it to heal. You can try cardio that has no impact such as an elliptical or cross trainer.

I also read somewhere that when you do leg extentions, use less weight and on the way back down, only come down half way - it's supposed to have the same effect - I don't know though.

Good luck, I feel your pain!
