Hello folks. Where can I find a comprehensive list of all the best proteins
I.e. Tuna, steak, veg. This is gunna be my last and most successful attempt
at the gym, and I'm determined to hit it full on. I've been "in bursts"
before but always lacked motivation after several months. At 29 I'm running
outa time to make a big difference.
Can steroids affect hairloss. as I'm receding faster than the south coast
shoreline I could do without anything else speeding up the process. :(
thanks for any info in advance . Matt

i think this question is better suited in the supplements subforum.

also, 29 years old isnt that late of a start, staying motivated is hard, but can be with patients and persistance.yes roids will cause hairloss, maybe try Pro Hormones, we have alot of memebers here with great info on that[twinPeaks/TCD/GP/Prince.also post your diet and w/o, just those 2 things alone make a world of difference. and welcome to IM:thumb:

Diet forum! There is also a gear forum for those questions. Hair loss is primarily genetic and can generally only be SPED up by use of gear, if MPB runs in the family then you have to worry and accept that you may very well speed up the process.

yeah sorta copin with the MPB. Its the LFA "lard fat ass" I've a prob with . Many thanx to tank316 for the extensive list.
Let the fookin party begin, gunna kick ass.

Hello folks. Where can I find a comprehensive list of all the best proteins...

here is a list of proteins and their BV (biological value):

Whey Protein Isolate Blends 100-159
Whey Concentrate (Lactalbumin) 104
Whole Egg 100
Cow's Milk 91
Egg White (Albumin) 88
Fish 83
Beef 80
Chicken 79
Casein 77
Rice 74
Soy 59
Wheat 54
Beans 49
Peanuts 43

The Biological Value, or BV, of a protein is an indicator of the quality of the protein. It is a measure of a protein's ability to be used by the body (or its bioavailability). It is a percentage (though the scale is skewed resulting in some BV's of greater than 100) of the absorbed protein that your body actually uses. Biological Values are indicators of which proteins are best at aiding nitrogen retention in muscles to help them maintain or grow in mass.

Whey is off the chart because it wasn't around for testing obviously way back when, and nobody expected anything better anyway. :)

I think if you're going bald just concede and shave the lot. Having a totally bald head can look good and make you look like a toughass, but trying to hang on to the remnants of your hair with combovers never looks good.

Hello Tank316 it is a ice shopping list and you shared many things and keep sharing more interesting things like this and it is really awesome post and also helpful.

29!!! i wish I could go back to 29 and start over with my nutrition and workout plan
