I take glutamine and creatine. i was wondering what the best time would be to take them if i take them each twice a day. i always heard that you should take them an hour apart but both are supposed to be taken before and after your workout. what's the deal?

I like to take glutamine before and after workout and creatine morning and late evening.
 
everyone says to do the opposite
