hi, i have a few questions about cardio concering how much/ often. I have read 3-5x a week for at least 20min each time is good. but i have also heard that if you are looking to "bulk up" (which is what i'm after..i'm quite thin) you want to be careful not to overdo the cardio. usually for cardio i either jog or play basketball, one of the other 3 times a week usually 30min at a time. so i might do that for cardio M/W/F and then my work out routine T/R/S. i also usually play basketball for an hour or two saturday just pick up games. i jsut want to make sure i'm not over doing anything. thanks for any advice you might be able to lend me
