Hey everyone, new here and trying to be more involved. I have learned many things from the ol mighty google but with repetitive links and stuff directing me here, I still feel there is more to be learned. So I am here to do just that and I'm starting now by reevaluating my diet and nutrition.
Looking at your diet and nutrition is a great way to start. Make sure you visit the stickies in the Diet and Nutrition section and follow them. They are there for a reason. They really helped me out a ton with this in the past. What are your goals? What are you looking to accomplish from revamping your diet? Are you looking to cut or gain? How soon are you looking for results?
