Ok, need some info please.
Tuna, is it better to have it tinned in brine or olive oil?
I know that in oil it will have alot more fat, but if its drained would it really make that much difference? And also, doesnt tuna tinned in oil contain a greater amount of omega 3 oils and protein than if it was tinned in brine?
I am asking all this because I enjoy eating tuna if its tinned in olive oil but if its in brine.......yuk.......its like trying to swallow wood chip.
Please tell me that the nutrition gods approve of eating it in oil.
