I would like a better understanding of all the ratio we are using to Lean, maintain, bulk.

Please correct me if I'm wrong.

If we want to lean we got to have
10-12 times our weight of calorie.
ex: 180lbs x 12 = 2160cal

If we want to maintain we got to have
13-14 times our weight of calorie.
ex: 180lbs x 14 = 2520cal

And to bulk 15 + times our weight of calorie.
ex: 180lbs x 16 = 2880cal

There is also different % of Protein, carb and fat to use within these calorie range.

I would guest that:

When you cut or maintain you can go:
Protein 40%, Carbs 40%, Fat 20%
Protein 50%, Carbs 30%, Fat 20%

When you bulk you would go:
Protein 30%, Carbs 55%, Fat 15%

M'I right saying all that?

I would like to know if there is other ratio that I could try when I'm in any of these 3 cycles (bulk, maintain, lean)?

What are the limit for Protein, carbs, fat?
As an example you could say.
Never go under 15%Fat
Never go under 90% carbs
Never go under 30% Protein

Maybe I'm looking for rules that doesn't exist?
And everybody do what works for himself?

But when I posted my diet I was told to correct it because I was too low with Carb? So there must be some basic rules to follow.
What are all these basic rules?

What do you all think?
