Has anyone used these? If so, did you like them? I'm thinking they would help alleviate the tendonitis in my elbow during curls. I noticed that a larger diameter bar doesn't bother me as bad as a smaller dia. bar.
I bet those would beef up your forearms a bit. I know what you mean about the bar diameter, most of the olympic bars are ok for me, my home bar is actually thicker than those in the gym by a little.
