i have been having this problem in my right wrist directly lower from my little finger where it hurts like hell after doing curls and bench press it feels like i can push the bone down sometime.
has anyone else had this problem and what should i do about it?
i wear wrist supporting gloves sometimes but would rather not have to depend on them and i do wrist curls but that hurts it also
