Fat Loss Supplements

Need info on a good Fat burning supplement. I have the workout under control and the diet is getting there. I'm looking for a little addition help on fat loss with a supplement. I would prefer to say away from ephedra (it gives me a headache). Any help would be appreciated.

A good diet is the key, not the supplements...
get a good diet, then use the supps.
