I am 28 years old, 5' 8" tall, currently 183 lbs., approx 11-13 % body fat.
I recently came back from a vacation back home to Hawaii. While in Hawaii I ate and drank all I wanted without going to the gym once. I returned to Maryland on the 23rd of JUNE and that's when I decided to buckle way down.On or about the 27th of June I completely changed my diet and workouts. 2 months later I have lost about 10-12 lbs. I think I have been retaining my LBM. This is just judging myself from pictures I have been taking and the quality of weight training I have been engaging in. I truly have a rekindled love for this lifestyle. I love it and there's nothing more enpowering.
