i always hear you're not supposed to take in any carbs after 6 or 7 PM (providing you go to bed at a reasonable hour)
yet i hear you're supposed to eat carbs post working out...
since i work 9-6, i never make it to the gym before 7:30 or 8 in the evening and don't get home till around 10...
i like to be in bed watching TV by 10:30 or 11... and usually fall asleep around 11 or 11:30...
would it be safe to eat carbs that late at night or should i not bother?
