I'm 32 yes old 6'5 and 210 lbs. just purchased one cycle of Sus and nolva. Plan on starting at 500 per week and will start nolva about 2 wks pct. in the military and diet is 8 meals a day consisting of 8 eggs and oatmeal in the morning along with 7 meals throughout the day. Super clean. Chicken, fish and beef along with veggies and brown rice. Whey protein shake after workout. Any advice given would be appreciated. Thanks
