So..i started lifting weighs for 1 year and 3 months and i have a problem. 6 months ago i saw that i have one leg bigger than the other(the left one is bigger) i have scoliosis to so i think that's why. since than i tried doing unilateral leg workout, pushing my right leg ,but i can't see it improving. my biggest problem is my vastus lateralis (it didn't grow) and my gracilis. i'm obsessed because i am naturally skinny and now my left leg has a beautiful for, it's bigger, rounder and my right one is skinnier...
What exercises should i do?(i work mostly at home, with weighs)
