Hello everyone, just writing a brief introduction paragraph. I currently live in the western part of Washington State. I am a full time student and powerlift as a hobbie. I have competed in powerlifting events and am considering trying a body building show. I need to get down to a low body fat to see what areas i need to improve on. I am on my 3rd week of a 16 week body building type of diet. Look forward to hearing from some of you.
