Lately. ive been unable to do any exercise where i have to bend my knees, more specificlly squats. I took a couple weeks off legs but the pain came back. The pain is just above my left knee, a litle over to the left. After i hurt it, i couldnt even bend down without weights. However i was able to continue with other leg exercises such as leg press, pain free.
Anyone experienced similiar problems?
Also when im doing Leg curls, im getting pain in the back of the left knee. It feels like im about to snap a tendon or ligament back there. Its like a twinge im feeling. really uncomfotable. Im thinking i should really lower the weight for this and strengthen the surrounding muscles. kinda like rehabbing it. but any advice for eathier would be great
