My arms have gone up from 9 6/8" to 11 2/8" since I started lifting, 3 weeks ago. Should I be making gains faster than this? If so, how do I gain more mass?
Okay, I just measured an extra 3 times, it was the inconsistensy, they are actually like 10 and a half, whoa could i Have been more off; sorry for wasting your time. Is that too little of a gain?
