Hello all, doing the introductory thang.
I am 24, F, live in Massachusetts, and as my handle suggests I am a scrawny one. So far it appears that lifting in the gym causes me to lose, not gain, weight. But I'm going to keep after it.
I'm eating everything I can fit in my tummy since weight gain doesn't seem to be coming easily. I have protein shakes and creatine, though I use them both spottily.
I work in an office and in addition to hitting the gym 2-3 times a week if I can do it, I've recently begun learning to rollerblade. Guess that'll stop when the snow comes, but it's a fun new way to get in some cardio and KILL my legs in the meantime.
So far the forums look very educational, and I'm excited to meet'n'greet all the fine folks whose posts I've read! See ya round!
