How many fish oil caps equal a teaspoon or tablespoon of fish oil.
 
Most likely its similar to any other oil. 1 T = 14G Fat so that would mean 14 caps
 
So for TP's recommondations I would roughly take in 1.5 tbls or 3 teaspoons over the course of the day.
 
3 teaspoons = 1 Tablespoon
 
Depends on how large the capsule is.. ?
