I was at Whole Foods today and saw Cinnamon Flaxseed Oil. I was wondering if anyone has tried it and if it is any good.

What's in it?

I don't use flax anymore.
 
Its made by Spectrum, Its Organic, Its has Flaxseed Oil and Cinnamon Oil in it.
 
Sounds like it would be nasty but healthy.
 
Why did you quit taking Flax?

I may give it a try it's not real expensive
 
I use only Fish Oil now. Its a better source of EFA's
 
Is that liquid or pills

Its in a capsule. Much healthier EFA. Check out my post in the stickies on Fish Oil :)

I used to hate the taste of flax oil, now I like it! (just had 1/2 TBSP of flax oil with some cottage cheese and protein ) YUMMY!
